Ghost figure appearing to stand inside a lit front window from the sidewalk
The whole trick

You put it inside the house. The street thinks a figure is standing in your living room.

Slide the Haunt Box behind the front-facing window at five in the afternoon. Aim it. Press play on a ghost clip. Close the curtains behind it so the picture holds.

From the sidewalk it does not read as a projection. It reads as a person. Kids stop. Their parents stop. Somebody films it, sends it to the group chat, and a stranger knocks on your door to ask what you used.

Then Halloween ends. You still own a projector. Same box, pointed at a wall in November, is a 130-inch screen for movies, streaming, and console gaming. The Halloween use case is what pays the box off in one night. Everything after that is the reason you keep it out.

The Haunt Box unit shown at an angle
Under the hood

A real smart projector, dressed up for Halloween.

The reason the window trick works is that this is not a novelty light. It is a full 40 to 130-inch HD projector with a real speaker, real streaming apps, and a real LED lamp that lasts thirty thousand hours. The Halloween use case is just the loudest one.

  • Native 720p, accepts 1080p and 4K in
Feed it a Halloween loop, a movie, or a game console. It downscales cleanly and looks sharper than the size lets on.
  • Android built in, Netflix and Prime Video ready
Open it, sign in, cast from your phone if you want. No fire stick, no HDMI dongle, no extra cables running down the wall.
  • Auto keystone, weighs under a pound
Tilt it up at the window and the image squares itself. Fits in one hand. Moves from window to garage door in twenty seconds.
  • Built-in 5W speaker, no separate audio
Loud enough for a ghost moan to reach the sidewalk. Loud enough for a Saturday movie for two. Bluetooth out if you want a bigger sound rig.

Halloween is the excuse. You will use it all year.

It pays for itself the first night the street stops to look. Then it is just a projector you own.

Ghost projection through a front window on Halloween night
October 31
The haunted front window

Behind the curtain, pointed at the glass. A silhouette that looks like a person from the sidewalk. Ghost loops, shadow figures, animated eyes. The kids on the block film it before they knock.

Large projection against a wall for movie night
Every other night
Movies, games, backyards

Point it at the garage door in July and you have a 130-inch drive-in. Point it at a bedsheet in the living room and you have a Sunday theater. Plug in the console and gaming looks bigger than any TV you can afford.

Portable projector held in one hand
Take it anywhere
Weighs under a pound

Fits in the same bag you use for a camping trip, a road trip, an in-law visit. Netflix on a hotel wall. YouTube on a friend's ceiling. Auto keystone squares the picture wherever you drop it.

Kid room, wall three
A ceiling full of stars, or dinosaurs

Point it at the ceiling and load a nature scene, a starfield, a rain loop, a Studio Ghibli movie. It replaces a night light, a projector clock, and a mini TV in one plug.

Before you ask

The questions people send us the week before Halloween.

Will it be bright enough through my front window?+
Yes, for the way this trick is meant to work. You are running it inside a lit-enough room in the dark of Halloween evening, and the sidewalk is looking at a bright picture on a dark street. The image reads sharp. If your street has a big streetlight thirty feet from the window, close the curtains fully behind the projection and it holds.
How far back does the projector need to sit?+
For the window trick, three to six feet is the sweet spot. For a 130-inch movie-night image, you want roughly eleven feet of throw distance. Auto keystone corrects the angle for you, so you are not lining up a perfect square by hand.
Can I use it outside on a wall or the garage door?+
Absolutely. Point it at the garage door for the neighborhood movie night. Point it at the side of the house for a Halloween party. Keep the unit itself under a covered area or on a small folding table because it is not weatherproof, but the picture holds fine outdoors after sundown.
Do I have to plug in a Fire Stick or use my laptop?+
No. Android is built in with Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video ready to log into. HDMI and USB are there if you want to plug in a console, laptop, or thumb drive with your own Halloween loops.
Shipping and support?+
Tracked delivery from a US warehouse. Every order is covered by 30-day support: if it does not do what you expected, email the team and we make it right. Secure checkout with all the common cards and wallets.
What is in the box?+
The Haunt Box projector, remote, power adapter, and a quick-start card that walks you through the window setup in five steps. You supply the ghost clip, which you can download the same night from a free library, or grab from the setup card link.
Can I use it for normal stuff too?+
That is the whole point. The Halloween use case is what pays the box off in one night. The rest of the year it is a real 40 to 130-inch smart projector for movies, streaming, gaming, kid-room ceilings, and backyard summer nights.

30-day support. No fuss.

If it does not do what you hoped, email the team within 30 days and we take care of it. Tracked delivery, secure checkout, real humans on the other end of the email.
